I love telling my friends that bright minds think alike when we think the same. It should actually be that insane minds think alike.

One of the best experiences to have is making your first best friend. It doesn't matter if it was when you were the littlest child, or if you were already an adult. There is no guide to making friends, nor a time frame to do so. Friendships are like a magical link between two people that can happen at any time over anything. It's like love: you don't decide who to be friends with. You just hit it off, and it works out. Every friendship is different, as we are all different. But the love and care that goes into each one is what matters. The most valuable, at least. I love when people start talking about their best friends, as they do it with so much love and care. It really melts my heart.

I love my best friends. They are funny, we think alike, we love to make plans, they hear me when I need to, and I'm there for them when they need me. I mean, it's probably a very standard way to view friendship. Like a contract where you give and receive the company of a great person that will help you through the moment you two meet till the last day of their lives. It may be a bit too "Disney" a perception of friendship. But it is what it is like to me. That moment when you realize that you have found a person whom you are not attracted to physically or romantically, but you still want to spend your whole life with them. Then that is the moment t¿your friendship has bloomed. Yes, you will go through a lot of different phases, some ups and downs. But it's all worthy for the people that you love. For your true friends, who you wouldn't change for anything in the world.
